Sales and Delivery Conditions

Please read our Sales and Delivery Conditions before placing any order through our website. When ordering with us, we assume your full and unconditional acceptance of these conditions, notwithstanding any other documents, such email or brochure.

Order Acceptance Policy:

Your receipt of an electronic mail or order confirmation does not imply our acceptance of your order, nor does it commit us to sell. At any time, we reserve the right to accept or decline your order, mainly when a credit card is suspected for fraudulent activity by our payment gateway(s). Based on seasonality and items availability, we reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply similar items of same value. This could potentially happen during same-day order requests.

Shipping and Delivery:

Deliveries can be made only to Jordan. If a same day delivery is requested, and provided we receive the order before 12 noon (Jordan Time), we will do our best to deliver the item, otherwise it will be scheduled for next day delivery. For some products, deliveries on Friday are not available. In most cases, our drivers will call your recipient to agree on the time of delivery and get the precise address; however in case nobody answers the phone, we will hold the delivery until we make that the addressee is able to receive the delivery.

Order Cancellation:

Orders changed or canceled within 48 hours of the requested delivery date, or within 7 days prior to Christmas, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day cannot be refunded. If cancelled before, we only retain a 10% processing and financial fees and will refund the balance.

Product Return Procedures:

To return a non-perishable item, you must first agree with us by phone or by email and provide the reason. If accepted or in case of a visible defect or the non-conformity of the items delivered, we will allow your recipient to obtain the free replacement or the restitution of a credit note, exclusive of any other indemnity.

Exclusion of Liability:

JordanFlowersdelivery.com is not responsible for:

- Flowers, plants and other perishable items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
- Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
- Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
- Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
